Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using PocketUI (the Chrome extension and web app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What PocketUI Is

PocketUI is a browser extension and web application that lets you save design inspiration - colors, fonts, screenshots, SVGs, and bookmarks - from websites into organized folders.

3. Accounts

You need an account to sync and store your saves. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account - don't share access.

4. Free & Paid Plans

• Free - 50 saves and 10 exports in total; these do not renew.
• Pro - $19/month or $180/year, unlimited folders, saves and exports, cloud sync, MCP server access.
• Studio - $29/month or $288/year, everything in Pro plus Elementor, Bricks, Webflow and Shopify Liquid exports, whole-page export and priority support, with unlimited exports.
• Platform packs - $6/month each ($60/year), a single platform export added to Pro.
• Founding Member (Lifetime) - $199 to $399 one-time payment, everything in Studio for life. See section 5.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change with reasonable notice; a price you have already paid never changes. Paid subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, provided the account has made fewer than 25 exports. A refund ends paid access immediately and the account returns to the Free plan. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and no partial refunds are issued outside the guarantee. "Unlimited" exports are subject to fair use of up to 100 exports per day, on monthly and yearly billing alike; a whole-page export counts as one export. Automated, scripted or bulk exporting, and reselling exported output as a service, are not permitted and may lead to suspension.

5. Founding Member (Lifetime) & Deposits

What lifetime includes. A Founding Member gets the Studio plan for as long as PocketUI operates, with no further payments. That means Studio's features and Studio's limits: 50 GB of storage, unlimited saves, and unlimited exports under the same fair use as every paid plan (up to 100 exports a day, whole-page export included). Every export format and destination we add to Studio later is included at no extra cost.

What it does not include. Separately sold add-ons that are paid per use, such as AI credits or other usage-based services, and products other than PocketUI. If Studio's limits change, lifetime accounts keep at least the limits listed here. A lifetime license is for one account; it cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

Seats and price. There are 100 lifetime seats in total, sold in tiers (50 at $199, then 25 at $299, then 25 at $399). The price you reserve or pay is the price you keep.

Deposits. Before launch, a Founding seat is reserved with a $29 deposit, which is taken off the $199 price. When PocketUI launches we email a link to pay the remaining $170. If it isn't paid within 30 days of that email, the seat is released and the deposit refunded as if you had asked for a refund (below).

• Within 14 days of paying you can cancel for a full $29 refund, for any reason, from your profile or by email. This includes your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.
• After 14 days, if you ask for a refund before launch, you get $27 back: the deposit minus a $2 processing fee, because the payment processor keeps its fees when a payment is refunded.
• If the refund is caused by us (we cancel the Founding offer, or PocketUI has not launched within 6 months of your deposit), you get the full $29 back and we cover the fee.
• Refunding the deposit releases the seat and its price.

6. Your Content

You own what you save. We don't claim any rights to your saved colors, fonts, screenshots, or other assets. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use the content you collect.

7. Extracted Content & Disclaimer

PocketUI allows you to extract and save design elements (colors, fonts, SVGs, screenshots, code snippets, and other assets) from third-party websites. We are not responsible for how you use the content you extract.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted assets complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, as well as the terms of service of the websites from which you extract content. PocketUI is a tool for saving references and inspiration - it does not grant you any license or right to use, reproduce, or distribute third-party content.

We strongly recommend using extracted assets for personal reference, learning, and inspiration purposes only. If you intend to use extracted content in commercial projects, it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions from the original content owners.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't use PocketUI to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware or abuse the extension's permissions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers.
• Resell or redistribute the service.

9. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and the 14-day guarantee in section 4 applies. A lifetime purchase paid in full carries the same 14-day guarantee from the date of the final payment, provided the account has made fewer than 25 exports. Founding deposits are refunded as described in section 5.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

PocketUI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any claims related to content you extract, save, or use from third-party websites.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
