Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using PocketUI (the Chrome extension and web app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What PocketUI Is

PocketUI is a browser extension and web application that lets you save design inspiration - colors, fonts, screenshots, SVGs, and bookmarks - from websites into organized folders.

3. Accounts

You need an account to sync and store your saves. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account - don't share access.

4. Free & Paid Plans

• Free - 3 folders, 50 saves per month.
• Pro - $15/month, unlimited folders and saves, cloud sync, Figma export, MCP server access.
• Lifetime - $79 one-time payment, everything in Pro forever.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing Lifetime purchases are honored indefinitely.

5. Your Content

You own what you save. We don't claim any rights to your saved colors, fonts, screenshots, or other assets. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use the content you collect.

6. Extracted Content & Disclaimer

PocketUI allows you to extract and save design elements (colors, fonts, SVGs, screenshots, code snippets, and other assets) from third-party websites. We are not responsible for how you use the content you extract.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted assets complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, as well as the terms of service of the websites from which you extract content. PocketUI is a tool for saving references and inspiration - it does not grant you any license or right to use, reproduce, or distribute third-party content.

We strongly recommend using extracted assets for personal reference, learning, and inspiration purposes only. If you intend to use extracted content in commercial projects, it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions from the original content owners.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use PocketUI to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware or abuse the extension's permissions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers.
• Resell or redistribute the service.

8. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Refunds

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime - you keep access until the end of the billing period. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the service extensively.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

PocketUI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any claims related to content you extract, save, or use from third-party websites.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
