Identify every font on any website instantly

Detect font families, weights, and styles from any page - with direct links to Google Fonts when available.

What it does

See a typeface you love? PocketUI identifies every font loaded on the page using the document.fonts API and computed styles. You get the font family, weight, style, and full CSS font-stack. Google Fonts are tagged automatically with direct links. Save fonts alongside colors and screenshots in the same folder to capture the full design language of any site.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from WhatFont?
WhatFont identifies one font at a time by hovering. PocketUI detects all fonts on the page at once, lets you save them into organized folders alongside colors and screenshots, and syncs your library to the cloud. It's a font detector plus a full design system library.
Does it detect fonts loaded by JavaScript?
Yes. The extension reads the document.fonts API which includes all fonts loaded by the page, regardless of whether they were loaded via CSS @font-face, Google Fonts link tags, or JavaScript font loaders.
Can I get the actual font files?
PocketUI identifies fonts and gives you the information to find and license them. For Google Fonts, you get a direct link. For commercial fonts (Adobe, proprietary), you get the name so you can license them properly.
What if a font isn't detected?
Fonts rendered as images (logos, hero graphics) won't be detected since they're not actual web fonts. System fonts like Arial or Times New Roman are detected but filtered from results since they're not part of the site's design decisions.
