Clip any section of any website and save it

Take targeted screenshots of UI sections, hero areas, or full pages - organized in your design library.

What it does

See a hero section, pricing table, or footer design you want to reference later? PocketUI lets you screenshot any part of a website and save it to a folder. No more dumping screenshots into your Downloads folder and losing them. Every clip is organized by concept (e.g. "Hero Sections", "Pricing Pages") and accessible from any device on Pro.

How it works

  1. 1

Open PocketUI on any website and choose "Screenshot" mode

  2. 2

The extension captures the visible viewport or a selected area

  3. 3

Preview the screenshot and pick a destination folder

  4. 4

Save - the image is stored in your PocketUI library

  5. 5

Browse, search, and reference your screenshots anytime

Why designers use it

  • Save screenshots directly to organized design folders
  • No more unnamed screenshots lost in your Downloads
  • Organize by concept: "Dark UIs", "Pricing Pages", "Navigation Bars"
  • Screenshots stored alongside colors and fonts from the same site
  • Cloud storage on Pro - access your visual library from any device
  • Source URL is saved automatically so you can revisit the original

Frequently asked questions

What's captured in the screenshot?
PocketUI captures the visible viewport of the current tab as a PNG image. The source URL and page title are saved alongside the image for reference.
Where are screenshots stored?
On the free plan, screenshots are stored locally in the browser. On Pro and Lifetime, they're uploaded to cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and accessible from any device via the web dashboard.
Can I screenshot specific elements?
Currently, the extension captures the visible viewport. Element-level capture (selecting a specific component) is on the roadmap.
How much storage do I get?
Free plan: local storage only. Pro: 5 GB cloud storage. Lifetime: 10 GB cloud storage. Screenshots typically range from 200 KB to 2 MB depending on the page complexity.
